How do I get to your hotel?

Is there a shuttle bus service?
There is no shuttle bus service from the airport or train stations to our hotel. There is a shuttle bus (fee required) from Sakai Higashi Station on the Nankai Koya Line to Sakai Station on the Nankai Main Line (directly connected to the hotel). For details, please see LOCATION & ACCESS.
How do I get to your hotel from the airport?
It takes about 37 minutes from "Kansai Airport Station" to "Sakai Station" on the Nankai Main Line by express train. For details, please see LOCATION & ACCESS.
What is the closest station to your hotel?
Sakai Station on the Nankai Main Line. Our hotel is directly connected to the west exit of the Sakai Station.
Is there a parking available?
Parking is available on B1 and B2. (Capacity: 250 cars/fee applies.) Please note that the car capacity is limited, so it may become full.
Can I reserve a parking space?
We do not accept reservations for parking.

All rooms are wheelchair accessible with no steps. Please note that you will need to get out of your wheelchair to use the bathrooms and toilets.
(There is one wheelchair accessible bathroom on the first floor of our hotel).
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel up to 2 days prior to your stay in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract.
After that, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
Individual reservations: 100% of the room charge for no-shows, the day before or the day of the stay.
Group reservations: Please contact us for separate cancellation policy.
Can I stay with my pet?
Pets are not allowed. (Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing dogs are permitted.)
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Non-smoking rooms are available, please inquire at the time of reservation.
Can only minors stay at your hotel?
All guests who are minors can stay at our hotel if they obtain the consent of their respective parents or guardians prior to check-in. Please submit consent forms for all guests to the front desk upon check-in. We reserve the right to contact parents or guardians if we deem it necessary.

Do you have private rooms in your restaurants?
3 private rooms are available at Ryuho Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor.
Are there any restaurants accessible with baby strollers?
Baby strollers can be used at some tables in The Loop on the 1st floor and Ryuho Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor.
Some seats are not available.
Do you have a kids menu?
Kids menus are available at 1F The Loop and 2F Chinese Cuisine Ryuho.
Do you have an allergy-friendly menu?
We will prepare a menu corresponding to allergens. Please make a reservation in advance.

Are there vending machines in your hotel?
Vending machines are located on guestroom floors 18F to 24F. (21F is for alcohol only)
Is there a microwave oven in your hotel?
Microwave ovens are located on guestroom floors 12F to 17F.
Is there a smoking area in your hotel?
There is a smoking area on the 1st floor, after going out from the main entrance, on the left side.
For guests using the banquet hall, a smoking area is available on the 3rd floor for the exclusive use of the banquet hall.
Are there places to shop at your hotel?
The Bakery & Patisserie "fagot" on the 1st floor sells our hotel's special cakes and freshly baked breads, confectioneries and Agora Original Curry. We also offer a variety of original hotel merchandise that can be used as souvenirs or gifts.
In addition, there are shops selling clothing and accessories on the first and second floors of Regency Plaza, a shopping arcade attached to the hotel.
Is there a nursing room or a place to change diapers?
A nursing room is located on the 2nd floor.
Restrooms with diaper changing stations are available in the unisex multipurpose restrooms on the 1st floor and in the women's restrooms on the 3rd and 4th floors.
Can I use the Internet in your hotel?
Internet access is available in your room. Wi-Fi (high speed wireless LAN) is also available in the lobby and restaurant. Please inquire at the front desk or restaurant for the password. Each banquet room also has its own Wi-Fi (high-speed wireless LAN).
